We offer a 30-day return window. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returned items must be in original condition. Products must be unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please include your order number and reason for return when reaching out.
To start a return, contact us at support@waterfilterworks.com. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if your return is approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

You may return your item by mail. We’ll send a prepaid label for defective items. If the return is based on personal preference, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Defective products will be refunded or replaced. If the item cannot be repaired or exchanged, a full refund will be issued. Return shipping for defective products is free.
Returns due to personal reasons are accepted. You can return a product in unused condition for a refund of the product price. Shipping charges are not refundable. No restocking fee applies.
For exchanges, place a new order. The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and make a new purchase.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days after your return is received and approved. Your bank may take additional time to complete the refund.

Canceled orders are refunded in full to the original PayPal account if canceled due to availability or any other reason.
